GENERAL CONDITIONS

By accessing the Jelly Social (Jelly) application on iOS or Android, the website, www.jellysocial.com or any service or product that uses the Jelly platform, either through a mobile device, mobile application or computer , from now on “Service”, the terms and conditions of use (this Agreement) are accepted, with or without having an active Jelly account. If you wish to create a Jelly account and make use of the service, please read the Terms and Conditions of Use. Jelly is a property of “Nextext, SA DE CV” (the Company).
You are invited to read Jelly's Privacy Policies which are incorporated by reference to this Agreement. If you are NOT accepted or you DO NOT agree with what is stipulated in this Agreement, including Jelly's Privacy Policies, DO NOT use the Service. In case of doubt please contact the Jelly support team.
  1. Compliance with the Agreement
    1. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legal terms that must be accepted to use the Service. This Agreement includes the Privacy Policies and the terms that are accepted when purchasing or accepting functionalities, products or services offered within the Service, such as free trials, discounts, promotions and subscriptions and purchases through any payment method (including more not limited to Google Play, iTunes, Telcel, PayPal, Amazon, SMS).
    2.   2. Eligibility No Jelly functionality is aimed at children under 18. They must be 18 years of age, or be of legal age in the country of residence, when accessing the Service by any means. By accessing and using the Service, it is guaranteed that you have the right, authority and ability to enter into this Agreement and to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an account is created, it is ensured and guaranteed that the user has never been convicted by any governmental entity of a serious crime; including and not limited to sexual crime, prostitution, trafficking in persons, among other crimes. The use of the Service may be prohibited or limited in some countries. The user must comply with the laws and regulations of their place of residence before, during and after the use of the Service.
  3. Account Creation
    1. To create a Service account there are two defined methods
      1. Connect with Facebook or Google: The user must connect using their official Facebook or Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use information contained in the Facebook or Google account, including but not limited to the public profile and information about your network friends.
      2. Account creation: The user must use his email, real name and a private password to create a Service account. In doing so, you authorize us to access and use this information.   6. Interactions with other users

  8. User generated content
    1. The user is solely responsible for the content and information that is saved, published, uploaded digitally, linked to, transmitted, recorded, displayed or made available (hereafter Publish) on the Service or transmitted to other users, including, text messages, chats, videos, photographs, texts within the profile (hereinafter Content), whether it is done publicly or privately. It is not allowed to publish as part of the Service or in any communication to the Company or any other user, any Content, offensive, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, intimidating, harassing, that incites racism or abuse, be it illegal or any material that infringes or violates the rights of another person.     5. The use of the Service, including the Content that is published therein, must be governed by all applicable laws and regulations. It is accepted that the Company may access, preserve and disclose the information of any account or Content if required by law or in good will to (i) comply with a legal process, (ii) respond to complaints about Content that violates the rights from third parties; (iii) enforce this agreement; (iv) respond to customer service requests; or (v) protect the rights, property, or security of the Company or any other person.

Prohibited Activities The Company reserves the right to investigate, suspend or terminate any account if the Service has been misused or there has been behavior that may be considered inappropriate or illegal, including actions or communications that occur outside the Service between individuals. that have been known within it.
